Flying LHR T3- BKK First class. WHat lounges
Im flying from LHR TERMINAL 3 in first class (qantas)

Am I able to use any one world lounge in T3 or only the BA ones. I'm also a BA silver member. But what about the cathay first class lounge? Also what is the best lounge in T3 that i can use?
