More than were delayed by 3+ hours the year prior, according to the report. Depending on a variety of factors, all of which are discussed in the report, odds of a canceled flight are 15-30% higher before the plane leaves the gate and that number spikes significantly if there is a taxi delay greater than 60 minutes.
