I visited the Eiffel Tower during my trip to Paris last week. Needless to say, it was a letdown.
The entire tower looked so...brown. The color makes the tower look cold and expressionless in appearance.
And the fact that the weather was gloomy didn't help how depressing the Eiffel Tower looks in real life.
I was there in the summer and the site was stunning, especially at night. I will admit to a cheap pink tower hanging from my keychain
I raised many eyebrows when I raved about Brussels' Grand Place, but I found it beautiful and fun. I was awed by the square, then drooled over the many beer, chocolate, and lace shops around it.
