As you might have noticed, there is a big discussion on the UA board re the 3 MM = 1K for life and 4MM = GS for life benefits. It looks like UA wants to scrap all confirmed international & regional upgrade certs for those levels, which represents a huge benefit for international/overseas fliers.
I automatically get all SEN benefits (nothing on my regular SEN-card shows 'lifelong', nor does it on my status informations online or when I checked the passengers-list hanging around on my recent flight).

I do get, every 2 years, the regular Sen-card.

I do get the 50% discount of partner award tickets (when flying together on 'miles&more'-airlines: LH, LX,OS, LOT, etc).

I do get all StarAlliance Gold lounge benefits, also the special check-in Gold desks (with LH and LX even check-in at 1st-class desks).

I also do get all extra Gold-status luggage allowance benefits.

I still have the SEN tf line for speedy bookings and trouble-solvings (this was especially helpful for a fast rebooking a month ago when my 1-st class award Sunday flight to JFK was cancelled due to the hurricane).

I don't know yet (will know by end of feb-2012) if I will get, every 2 years, also the usual upgrade vouchers when 'renewing' the (now lifelong) SEN-status.
