I did both. But the 50 % preceded the 40% by at least 2 months. Miles from 50% plus MQMs posted very quickly. Registered for second promo after that , and am still waiting for certificate
Are you at all nervous the MR certs wont come? I need to transfer ~350k MR to Delta, so I'd prefer to do 100k first (to get the mqms) and then do the remaining 250k for the MR certs, but am nervous it might not work out.
