a few weeks ago my seatmate was complaining that the SC told him there was a meal in F which he went on to say he knew wasn't right but he didnt' eat because he was told we'd be fed (so clearly his issue as he "knew the info was incorrect")....well we went MX for about 30 mins and he asked the Capt if he could deplane and get something to eat, Capt said no the GA wouldn't allow it but he'd go get it - and he did...the real kicker is he refused the pax's attempt to pay for the meal, stated "if it wasn't for you elite's I wouldn't have a job so it's my small way to say thank you"....wow

Clearly the Flight Crew get's customer service....
