So in the end, I didn't get the upgrade :-(. I showed up at the gate right after the UG list was cleared, and I wasn't on the upgrade list ( contrary to what the Plat line agents told me two times ). Since F was already full at that point, she didn't add me to the list since it wouldn't have mattered in the end.

What's interesting is that DL has changed the flight in my reservation from the AF code to the DL at some point. I wonder if that could have messed things up.
