I was on a BA flight from San Diego to London, in First Class. And there was a baby there.Okay, so he's Tim Henman's (the tennis pro) baby.

Sure he gurgled, cried a bit, but a baby is a baby. I am sure his parents felt a bit embarrassed when he did cry and Tim, himself promptly carried the baby for a walk. That's fine.

I've seen parents who ignore their child when they cry, let them run amok all over the plane (oooo isn't he cute), terrorise passengers when he spooks them (ooooo, he's just learning).. those are worse.

It depends on how the parents treat the kids. I've seen some children who were absolute angels on flights whereas some manners could be brought on the parents! C'mon guys... we were all toddlers once.
