A Marriott newbie here, I know, how ridiculous, it should be easy as 1-2-3, but not to me. I recently enrolled as new members on the offer that I will earn a free night at a Category 1-4 hotel when first and second stays are made between 26 September 2011, and 31 December 2011

My question is, I got one booking coming up, will check in on 31st Dec'11, and check out on 1st Jan'12, will it count as a stay? Your help is greatly appreciated.
