I agree with you that it will be very hard to book a F flight with miles. The last trip I took to South Africa, I found it nearly impossible to get F flights Eastbound to Europe. I ended up flying Toronto to Tokyo to Bangkok to Singapore to JNB (with a nice week long layover at BKK).

Any suggestions for getting a F flight Eastbound into Europe?
