SO, I flew LHR-JFK in Y last week, originally booked in Y for the return as well. MMB said 60 TPs in total, plus around 7,000 miles.

Upgraded to W via MMB a couple of days before my return, MMB then changed to say 105 TPs and around 11,000 miles.

I also hit Silver with my outbound flight, so TPs were reset to zero.

However, the return flight has posted onto my account this morning with zero miles and zero TPs, with the statement 'Ineligible flight' preceding the flight details.

Does anyone know what's going on??
