Just a side note, BA Airmiles in the UK was started in November 1988.
As you, I and others have pointed out they dont own the name. This would explain why that section needs to change in November.
On an even different situation, I dont want to get peoples hopes up. The name is owned by a Canada company called Aeroplan. This owns the UK nectar system.
