I did a HongKong-Seoul-Hong Kong-Tapei flight business trip last week and found all the staff but one to be excellent. The odd one out seemed as though she had enough of passengers constantly going to the galley and was quite direct towards them.
I sympathised with her because the flight was full (yes I was in Y in accordance with my company policy for short flights) but do feel she could have shown more tolerance in handling these very thirsty playing card seeking passengers
