My flight back from HKG to LAX was the worst service I had experienced on CX FC. We were never addressed by name, had to ask for sleeper suits, slippers, etc. Almost didn't get a drink before the flight.....I could go on and on. We wrote a letter about the service, we did speak very highly about all the other flights and the excellent service they provided.
