Well CO has ice cream too in Y for TPAC flights, and NH also has reinstated icecream for Y on long haul routes too. Bottom line, ice cream is served only when there is no desert with the meal. It would not happen when there is a cake with the meal, then icecream after. You can have both in F, but we are talking about Y and C.
