KH, I tried to use this "feature" of my CIBC Aerogold & BCAA Travelgold Plus insurance products last Nov when my suitcase did not arrive with me upon return from GLA/LHR ~ I needed my suit for a business meeting the next morning. The same argument was presented noting that since I was returning home there was no coverage for lost/delayed baggage on this last segment. Doh!

I also discovered that the BCAA Travelgold product does not provide coverage *within* the province, thereby a delay in Kelowna, as an example, would not be covered at all. Double Doh!
