I'm glad that WN still bucks this trend of having no change fees. WN would have some competitive advantage if they allowed their tickets sold though other units aside from their own website.

The rest of the airlines are moving to a point where a nonrefundable ticket becomes worthless if you decide not to travel on that specific date.
