Award availability on all oneworld carriers are available on the respective airlines' CRS only and cannot be displayed by any other CRS even like SABRE. The CRS has to be in 'airline-award-availability' mode. ie even normal res cannot see the award space unless authorised. (SABRE however can see AA's award availability)

Of course airlines can see their own award availability only with the sole exception of BA - where since they switched to AMADEUS, they have to request seat availability like everyone else and see what 'comes back'.
