1. On the MSP terminal map it looks like the Lindbergh B concourse is on a different level than A and C-G (looks like it may be lower). What is the best route to get from a B gate to the C concourse?

2. I was advised that if I arrive at an A or B gate and my connecting flight departs from the E or F concourse, I should get on the C tram at the first opportunity, take it to the main terminal, then get off and walk to E or F. Given that I would have to wait for the tram to arrive, then it will make stops along the way, would it be quicker to walk the C concourse? (I can walk fast.)
