I can't speak for the Yankee Stadium SC 360, but I did go to the SC 360 at Mets Citifield a year ago. The Mets version is set up as a restaurant/sports bar. It has sit down table service with very good sports bar type food/drinks like wings, ribs, appetizers, and entrees. It had a nice selection of beer on tap which I enjoy. With the good food, beer on tap and TV screens, it is a nice higher end experience before, during and/or after the game.

Once inside, there is nothing really that identifies Delta.

It is open to everyone. You don't need a SC membership and there is no fee to enter. Nothing on the menu is gratis but I remember the prices as being very reasonable, even the beer. If the Yankees version is similar to the Mets version of SC 360 then you should probably enjoy it, I did and I would go again. Give it a try.
