How do I get into the Sky360 Club at the Yankees stadium?

Is it just a club that Delta sponsors to carry its name, or a nice place loyal flyers get to hang out at while watching the BoSox beat the crap out of the Yankees in yet another game?

Is there a fee? Do I have to book it? Anything else I should know?
