Okay Folks - Thanks for all of the input it helped make my decision.

I went with UA - $1650 for D Class (Business) and then called in a favor for a System wide upgrade, which I was surprised could be used on "D" as well as "C" class ticket, to bump me to F.

So end the end - $1350 cert from my company, $300 from my pocket and I got UA 777 seat 2J SEA-NRT-BKK

Pretty happy with that!
