Thanks for all of the tips. I will check out the consolidators this week, but at this point I think I'm deciding between Eva and United. See I have a $1350 travel credit from my company that I need to use (since I'm leaving), I won't have much of an income for the next several months so saving money is key, and I really only need a one way (will be returning 2-3 years from now via Europe)
So -
Eva Super Business is $1450 (plus - price and CO miles) (negative - not great business class experience)
United Business is $1620 (plus - 777s, love them, and UA miles) (negative $270 out of pocket compared to $100 for Eva)
So now I need to decide if UA Business on 777 is worth $170 over Eva.
I think that I am nixing CX, need to save the miles for when I soon to be jobless. And it may sound silly but I flown WBC on NW *way* too many times this year and I looking for a new experience.
I guess there are worse problems in life :-)
