Delta IROPS
Over the last 60 days I've experienced IROPS on all my trips (4 of them) which is quite frustrating at times, especially when before the last 60 days I went almost 10 months without an incident and about 80% on-time percentage.
I will say that over the years of traveling, I do feel that Delta's IROPS and response has always been top notch. I've had different experiences on UA and US, but Delta always manages to do their absolute best in getting me to my destination.
With all the issues that airlines in the U.S. face these days, from decline or inconsistency in quality, to aging aircraft, mishandled baggage, etc. it's at least a good feeling to know that DL has your back in situations which result in a delay/misconnect and/or cancellation. It's definitely one of the reasons why I trust DL with my years of business and loyalty, and will continue to do so (no matter how much i may complain about things here and there).
