The Chase 2-4-1 voucher is not limited to online bookings. I just returned from round-trip SEA-LHR-Milan trip. It was booked by telephone for two reasons: The trip included both J and Y segments, and my companion was not a member of my Household account. Thus, a phone booking was required.

Where in the Terms & Conditions does it require online bookings? I don't think so!
