Who/How to contact BA with regards to complaints about fares
Hi,
I am about to file a complaint with BA about their unwillingness to correct a published fare, that made it impossible to book a journey (for 2 BAEC Gold Members) as liked and as allowed by fare rules.
What's the best way to contact them? You maybe also have a direct contact?
Their unwillingness resulted in about 2,000 GBP (or 60,000 BA Miles) more costs and travelling in C instead of F.
In detail, I wanted to book a First Class trip (fare AFFJSA) from Germany to Australia. While the outbound was routed via Singapore, I wanted to have the return stopping-over in Tokyo.
Not only the AFFJSA was not bookable via Tokyo, but also not a second stopover in Sydney before going on to Tokyo.
However, the routing via Tokyo is possible with the Business Class fares DFFJSA, CFFJSA, JFFJSA - though here again no stopover in Sydney.
