This is a useful thread as I was looking for hard data on a delay I suffered last week. My LCY-ARN flight was delayed by 119 minutes according to flight stats so exactly 1 minute less than the time which would trigger €250 EU compensation. How reliable is this data?
Given the delay was caused by a lack of flight crew at LCY and also meant that I had to take a taxi into Stockholm rather than the train I had booked and prepaid for am I likely to get anything other than short shrift/token BA miles from BA by pushing a complaint?
