Did I have any complaints about cards in TPE before? I don't recall any. Last time I was here Global Payments was even compliant (I was using it as a model for describing how a compliant DCC should work). Also AE NTD rate not crap, just that AE not accepted everywhere and sometimes u've non-AE promos (like current Shacom $1.6/mile) which are better.
