our last trip we were bused in, and waited for 30 min for the bus, after arriving 30 min late. ran to the train and ran to the gate, stuck in re screen!!!! missed connection, 24 hrs in paris.... no clothes, crappy hotel room, went out on the town and sent the receipts in for taxi and food. got it refunded in AF coupons.

take a change of clothes and toothbrush just in case, and ask for a hotel in town! if you get stuck.

we plan on an overnight paid by AF on most trips these days.
