What didn't impress me was the presentation of the meal service (Chinaware, utensils, etc) - I can't pin down if it's the short duration of the flight or what, but I feel the presentation is lacking and that BusinessFirst is much more polished in this area, including quality and offerings of food. I also wish Intl First had more bread choices (CO's garlic bread and pretzel rolls). I am glad UA will keep it's Intl First product, and I hope they can improve to make it a great product. I really enjoyed the exclusivity of the experience...

BTW... With new F, they finally invested a couple of $ to install curtains between F and C? On my 2 trips (in C) there were no curtains between these 2 cabins... How bizarre...

This is petty, but I would have figured UA's spirit offerings in F would be a little better. That's basically the same list you would find on, say, AA domestic F. Interesting.

The new F / J layout in the 772 is also interesting - it's so close to the J cabin! I'm sure that was no bother whatsoever, as LH has the same layout with their F / J cabins on the A340's, etc. It just seemed very close on UA from your video.

Lastly, thank you for showing the LH Arrivals Lounge. Last time I went to FRA, I was debating the use of the Arrivals Lounge, or the Senator's Lounge. From your video, it seems the Arrivals Lounge does have a much better selection of food, and is a little quieter. I felt the Senator's Lounge was too similar to the regular Business Lounge. The Arrivals Lounge seems to be set apart from both.

oh - I should add, IAD didn't get rid of the moon buggies. They are just are just used for less routings.
