Called Hertz this morning and 15 seconds later I am *****. Very easy, thanks for the hint.
On a separate front, I tried using their e-mail, sending a message through their website, and sending a tweet to @hertz - and none responded (I wasn't expecting twitter, but I figured I'd give them a shot).
Lesson learned - called CS and do not use their social media/internet customer service.
