My internet business has a lot of customers with aol, bellsouth, att and roadrunner email addresses. I imagine that many of those people feel trapped, unable to leave their ISPs because they fear they will lose their email addresses.

Several years ago I switched to GMail, and it has served my purposes quite well. Yahoo and Hotmail would have worked as well. Free email (accessible anywhere), free online storage, free apps in the cloud...it's all available for those willing to make the switch.
