There is a (long) thread about this topic here but the bassinet position will become available to select at T-72 unless someone with a baby turns up.

64A/B or J/K are often available for paid seat selection and the A J seats have unobstructed access.

Edit: Also if MMB shows rows 13 & 14 in CW then 14E/F is a good choice too.
