If mobility problems means your gran has a disability then BA will reserve an aisle seat for her and a companion/carer that is in the most convenient position free of charge. Bear in mind they may ask for some proof of disability, ie doctors note/benefits letter etc...

Make sure you also book wheelchair/buggy pick-up.
