I don't know the answer, but in my opinion the best way to assure a permanent email address is to buy a domain name (or two).
For example, if your name was Fred Smith, right now you could get the domain FredSmith.info for $1.99 the first year (12.00 is the normal price for future year renewals) at godaddy.com. I think godaddy includes one email account, you can buy more. Other domain name registrars might have better pricing or better extras, such as more email addresses. Once you buy the domain, you could set up a simple address, such as
[email protected], and possibly additional addresses (at additional cost) for yourself or family.
