If you want FC you're pretty much limited to European carriers. You didn't say what airport you'd prefer to fly from, so it's hard to say which of those carriers might offer the best routing options for you.

If you're content with business class and will be traveling after the summer season starts, all of the US 330's are supposed to have the suites by then. For a business class product, most here seem to think the it's as good or better than about anyone else's business class product to Europe.
