I just got off the phone with a very nice lady who did some research and called over to tech support. Apparently having GLD from the Exec card and not having Priority AAccess print on the card is a known issue. She said if you have any trouble just point out the GLD on the boarding pass. She said that an update will go live around the first of November to permanently attach Priority AAcess to our account because of the credit card. I'm wondering if this is the update that will remove our Gold "Lite" status.
