Hyatt, all of this is a reflection of how effective you were in branding Hyatt House as THE hip, swank place that the rich, famous, wild and naughty stayed and played (Little Richard, Led Zeppelin) and the product co-placement - theirs and yours - in movies and commercials. If it's a Gen Y couple with kids you're targeting, then swell. But if it's a broader market, including middle aged boomers, they are likely to remember your own history.
