I'd like to clarify a mistake - the project lies at Calle de Alcala and not overlooking the Gran Via. It is locally known as the La Manzana de Canalejas.
this project has been proposed since 2007 and was brushed off during the recession . it has now regained new strength and FS i hear is still committed to this project. ( hpe all goes well
