It's called the Rainforest lounge I think, and you just pay to use the showers and there's a small buffet. It's inexpensive and the facilities are fine. Made a huge difference, being able to do that.
If you have the time, pop over the T3. It's a SQ only terminal I think, but the showers next to the Butterfly Zoo were better than the Rainforest Lounge ones. Also, from memory, I think the last time I used the Rainforest Lounge it was a multi-sex facility, so don't walk out of the shower cubicle thinking you can dry off in the communal area!
