Arriving at LGW on BA after the usual welcome to LGW the time is remain in your seat the first officer came on the PA:

Welcome to LGW, we are currently traveling at about 40 mph and the brakes on this plane are designed to stop it very quickly at over 100mph if any thing happens and I have use the brakes and you have been stupid enough to take off your seat belt you will be coming through behind me and out through the window in front of me and beating everyone to the terminal...
