I am going to book a flight from Venice to Dubai.
I would arrive in Doha at 23.25, then I should wait 11 hours before boarding to Dubai.
I saw that Qatar Airways writes "NO STOPOVERS PERMITTED": ok, they don't offer me a hotel, but if I manage the stopover by myself, can I go out of the airport?
