On AA, SFO and JFK are their two newest major terminals systemwide (newest in the country?)...and generally provide for a very nice experience.
Upgrading to F is also cheaper on UA. If you're elite, you won't ever pay a co-pay and if you're non-elite you'll only pay one on the cheapest tickets (Z fare) and even then it's only $75. Availability is another story, though.
I still prefer the 767 (like the widebody aircraft) as well as the AA program overall.
