I have only flown them on mid-haul flights (up to 3 1/2 hours) and extremely short flights (20 mins).
I found their J to be perfectly comfortable (big armchair type seats) for these flights. Service was really excellent and friendly and the food was very good served from a trolley by your seat where you could pick and mix. IFE was also good with a decent sized personal screen. Didn't receive an amenity pack (assuming that was to do with flight length (excluding the very short one of course, where the seat belt sign does not even get turned off)).
Some of the planes were showing more wear and tear than others on the seats, but were just as comfortable.
Lounge in Amman is also quite nice and comfortable. Airport itself is a bit worn and not very pleasant, but that is really nothing to do with RJ and I saw that they are building a new terminal.
I know that there were a couple of threads on here on this subject in the past with some widely varying viewpoints, but that's my tuppence worth anyway.
