14 meals 20 pax/on AA board
I am not trying to compare apples to
oranges. Just want to share some infos here.
I was told this :
On a flight from HKG to LA , there were 5
pax booked : 2 showed up . And CX boarded
meals for 7 pax in FC . The FAs told my
colleague that CX boarded all meal choices
for each one of the 7 .
WoW..let's do the math : 4 western meals +
3 or 4 asian meals : 7 or 8 hot meals for
each pax .
I can understand why CX has to go through
that extend to cater to their FC pax : but
what wastage !! Perhaps the SQ "Book the
Chef" gimmick might make economic sense.
