Depends on the available cars and the contracted company. In Paris they have nice cars because the contracted company's other customers are all private jet clients.
In Singapore you can get a Toyota Camry if you're unlucky. In Dubai you get an old and dilapidated Volvo, or the newer Caprices.
There are some places where F gets a better car than J, but no difference between Gold and Silver.
