Jeez. It was exciting to see this, started reading, got to page 8 and thought "I'm tired of this". +1 and if you don't understand the nuances, hell hath no fury like a flyertalker who posts a question about the upgrade priority on a TPAC equipment swap using an instrument on a codeshare and uses the wrong jargon in the post.
