About a month ago, LHR-JFK, before in-flight sales we heard the normal chanel this and vogue that speech with very rich geordie accent. But then, after the purser had finished, another member of the cabin crew announced "And if anyone of you didn't understand our lovely Geordie purser, any member of staff will be more than happy to translate that for you", with faint giggles from the background.
Thought it was pretty funny
