It's videos like this one, that are by the way, paid for by tax payer money, that cause these issues.

I understand the premise behind making people aware of their surroundings, but things are out of control. Pay attention to the 1 Minute, 40 second mark of the video. They're shooting that in a Metro (Bus) station in Houston; however, it's no wonder people get hassled at the airport.

The above video was from 'Readyhoustontv.gov'. Also, from the same website, under citizens (emphasis mine):
Big Sis Janet was in Houston yesterday for a presser about this new campaign. This was part of the roll out, sadly.
