E+ I think is a wild card. When Plat-> GS can book 9 seats, it will be interesting to see what availability looks like at 48 hours out. My guess is nothing at 24 hours.
How many GS will book for 8 people weeks in advance?
The three people I know who are GS (none of whom ever look at FT) fly well under 100k miles per year, and pay no attention to which airline they are flying.
They book late, they spend a lot of money, and they don't mind the details.
